In pursuance of the instruction issued by the Prime Minister of Moscow Government as of 3 November 2000 #1096-ÐÏ “On audit check-ups of state and municipal unitary enterprises” and in accordance with the decision of the Competition commission as of 9 December 2002, Marka Audit Company was authorized to conduct audit check-ups of accounting (financial) statement of state and municipal enterprises of Moscow city, subordinated to the Committee on external economic activity (Notification #46 as of 15.12.2002)
In April of 2007 according to the Conclusion of the Commission over control of audit activity quality and compliance with professional ethics of Audit Chamber of Russia, audit activity of Marka Audit Company was considered corresponding to the acting legislature, that regulates audit activity in Russian Federation, to federal rules (standards) of audit activity, to rules (standards) of audit activity of Audit Chamber of Russia, to generally accepted principles of audit activity realization.
In June of 2007 Moscow Audit Chamber issued a certificate to Marka Audit, certifying that the Company was checked on compliance with established rules (standards) of audit activity, professional ethics, audit quality, license requirements and conditions (Certificate #108 as of 8 June 2007).

Starting from 2000, ACC Marka Audit LLC is a collective member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

State License # ÞË-00559 (75377-1910-ÒÎÎ(ÈÓ) #0011131 for realization of property assessment activity was issued by the Committee of registration service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 11.03.2006. Based on this license, activities on assessment of immovable property, assessment of movable property, assessment of securities, shares, investments in authorized capital stocks of legal entities, assessment of intellectual property objects, cost of non-material assets as well as assessment of enterprise as property complex can be realized.
