Our specialists:

• Will check the initial, accounting and financial documents and operations, made on the basis of these documents;
• Will express an opinion with regard to reliability of financial (accounting) statement, reflection of these operations in the accounting and tax accounting;
• Will express on opinion with regard to reliability of forming (or calculation) of normative bank coefficients; (credit and trade portfolio)
• Will give recommendations with regard to organization of internal control on provision of bank’s assets safety;
• Will check the charge and payment of taxes and duties, validity of tax remissions use, correctness of tax declarations, will assess the tax risks; this will allow to minimize the risks during payment of taxes and to prevent conflicts with fiscal bodies.
• Will provide consultations with regard to accounting maintenance, preparation of financial (accounting) statement.
• Will provide recommendations with regard to correct adoption of IFRS 32 “Financial instruments:  disclosure and provision of information” and 39 “Financial instruments – declaration and assessment”;
• Will give recommendations in accordance with “Regulation on classification of assets and according deductions into reserve for potential losses and damages”, approved by the decree of the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic board of directors as of 21 July 2004 #18/3.
• Will help to lower the risks during operations with related parties in accordance with Instruction “On requirements for operations with insiders and affiliated parties of commercial banks and other financial-credit institutions, licensed by the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic”, approved by the decree of the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic Board of Director as of 10 December 2003 #34/10.
• Will provide recommendations with regard to correct application of the Law “On financial lease” #121 as of 23 July 2002.
• Will give recommendations with regard to calculation and accounting of the deferred income tax in accordance with IFRS 12 “Income taxes”.
