Audit

We perform an audit in accordance with International Audit Standards (IAS), developed by the International Federation of Accountants.  Application of these standards allows us to receive enough evidences in order to form an opinion on whether the financial statement gives a reliable and accurate representation of client’s financial status and financial activity.

We will also perform a review of the financial statements by means of coordinated procedures in accordance with IAS.  The result of performing these activities is auditor’s “negative” assurance that proves the absence of any factors that could doubt financial statement reliability.

Specialists of our Company will perform a compilation of the financial statement in accordance with IFRS, when the financial statement in accordance with IFRS is prepared without the review of accounting data, provided by the Russian accounting in the format corresponding to IFRS.

If there is a necessity for review of the separate positions of the financial statement, we are ready to negotiate and coordinate special procedures that would allow concentrating an attention on the issues that are of more interests to our client.  For example, this could be an examination of economic validity of expenses, considered during formation of income or a detailed analysis of subsidiary company expenses, an assessment of the internal control system and recommendations on its improvement etc.
