Introduction of IFRS into organization and accounting maintenance will allow you to receive valuable information in order to make effective management decisions, conduct management accounting and planning of the future development of your business. 

Services provided by our Company with regard to introduction of IFRS:

• Development of unified accounting policy according to IFRS for a group of companies
• Development of consolidation methods, consolidation package, model of statements, preparation of instructions on statements consolidation
• Development of unified plan of accounts and systems of compliance of IFRS plan of accounts with Russian plan of accounts of separate groups during consolidation
• Development of transformation methods/parallel accounting, standard transformation tables, preparation of instructions on statements transformation or maintenance of parallel accounting
• Trainings for employees on transformation methods and preparation of consolidated financial statement in accordance with IFRS
• Development of regulations for information collection and processing (document circulation), necessary for preparation of the financial statement in accordance with IFRS
• Conversion of accounts in accordance with “Methodic Recommendations on transfer of accounting to IFRS”, approved by the decree of the State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on standards of financial statement and audit as of 23 December 2002
• Recommendations on application of the Plan of accounts of accounting for economic activity of insurance organizations, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic as of 30 June 2005.

We provide services on accounting maintenance in accordance with IFRS with the following preparation of financial statement.

We develop a detailed plan of accounts according to IFRS with detailed analysis, standard accounting transactions with consideration of client’s peculiarity, we determine non-standard transactions, we conduct the automated register of accounting based on initial documents provided by the client.  Based on our accounting registers we prepare the consolidated financial statements in order to present it to company’s corporate auditors.
